IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:

✦ CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER — All items are handmade to your specifications. Production begins only after your dimensions and design are confirmed in writing. No two pieces are identical.

✦ NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES — As each piece is custom-built, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced. Please ensure all details are confirmed before approving your CAD drawing.

✦ CANCELLATIONS — Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement: no charge. After 24 hours, a 30% materials fee applies. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

✦ SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (USA) — All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, customs clearance, and international freight are included in your order price. No surprise fees at delivery.

✦ SHIPPING (OTHER COUNTRIES) — International buyers outside the USA may be responsible for local import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country.

✦ DELIVERY TIMELINE — Standard lead time is 8–12 weeks from written design confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to complexity or events outside our control. We will keep you updated throughout.

✦ DAMAGE IN TRANSIT — Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage must be photographed and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report within this window may affect your ability to make a claim.

✦ MEASUREMENT ACCURACY — By submitting your dimensions at checkout, you confirm they are accurate. YMS Collections is not liable for incorrect measurements supplied by the buyer.
