✦ CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER — All items are made to your specifications. Production begins only after your dimensions and design are confirmed in writing.

✦ NO RETURNS — As each piece is custom-built to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced. Please ensure all details are correct before approving your CAD drawing.

✦ CANCELLATIONS — Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee applies. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

✦ SHIPPING & CUSTOMS — All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the USA. Import duties, customs clearance, and international freight are included in your order price. Buyers in other countries may be responsible for local duties and taxes.

✦ DELIVERY TIMELINE — Standard lead time is 8–12 weeks from design confirmation. This is an estimate and may vary due to production complexity or shipping delays outside our control.

✦ DAMAGE IN TRANSIT — Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damage must be photographed and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any transit damage claims.

✦ PERSONALISATION — By submitting your dimensions and design preferences, you confirm these are accurate. YMS Collections is not liable for incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.
