1. Plywood Door with Walnut Wood Grille 20 x 20 mm
2. Door Thickness: 60 mm
3. The Exterior Door will be designed with a wood grille style for the front side + groove lines on the back side
4. The color will be Warm iroko tone (as per the attached image)
5. Frame Included size: 1160 mm (W) × 2370 mm (H) x 300mm and Wall Hole Size: 1183 mm x 2388 mm x 300 mm
6. Wall Thickness: 300 mm
7. The Exterior door will be a Single Large Hinged Door.
8. Hardware: Dead lock, 1.8 meter long handle, 4 Pcs soft hydraulic hinges
9. Threshold: 20 mm hardwood (same color warm iroko tone (as per the attached image)

✦ NO RETURNS — As each piece is custom-built to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced. Please ensure all details are correct before approving your CAD drawing.

✦ CANCELLATIONS — Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee applies. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

✦ SHIPPING & CUSTOMS — All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the USA. Import duties, customs clearance, and international freight are included in your order price. DDP for Buyers in other countries are avaliable.

✦ DELIVERY TIMELINE — Standard lead time is 8–12 weeks from design confirmation. This is an estimate and may vary due to production complexity or shipping delays outside our control.

✦ DAMAGE IN TRANSIT — Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damage must be photographed and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any transit damage claims.

✦ PERSONALISATION — By submitting your dimensions and design preferences, you confirm these are accurate. YMS Collections is not liable for incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.
